Kim Se-jung captured the attention of viewers in each episode by giving empathy with her unique character digestibility, rich emotional acting, and colorful expression that completely immersed her character.
In particular, in the final episode of the broadcast, the recruitmentism, which left all its passion for ground mainstream, no longer hiding its feelings, and took on a courageous challenge in search of a real dream, left a deep lingering impression. After leaving the company, Yoon Min-joo (Lee Jong-won) was held in her arms and burst into tears, saying, `I'm unemployed now,' touched the hearts of viewers, expressing both consolation and empathy.
- How do you feel about ending a drunken romance.
▶It was so good while we were together, and there were many things we learned. I couldn't be happier to know good seniors and colleagues. I think I also felt that comfort, just as Yong-ju was looking for her own color, and from now on, I will try to unfold my journey to find my own color with excitementIt's full of excitement.
-What's the most important part of playing a character.
Don't just approach the ▶ character, but simply approach the event in front of you. Apart from the usual images and characters, I didn't think it was much different for everyone to feel or express emotions and events such as love and dreams. So I vowed 'Let's be honest with the situations and events as they are, even if there are characters prepared.' Maybe because of that, I was able to show you Yongju in various situations.

▶Actually, the recruiter seems to be the most similar to me among all the characters I've been in charge of. I think Yongju's charm is her straight character, slickness, and aegyo that can be loved by both men and women of all ages. Among them, the most similar thing to me is that I am passionate enough to lose myself, such as working with people around me and what I like. In the end, I think I'm in the process of doing that, just as Yong-ju slowly learns and finds her own way.
- The chemistry with the actors he played with in "Drunk Romance" is.
▶I was so happy and it was a perfect chemistry. The atmosphere of each scene was different. As if doing club activities with my friends, I continued the scene by joking around, chatting happily, and communicating seriously with the TF team. In the shooting with the villagers, it was a scene where you could enjoy 'Acting Playground' to your heart' thanks to the seniors' expertise. I was able to talk about fun acting with the company and the seniors who were comfortable in filming with my grandmother, so I was very happy no matter who I was filming with.

▶The most memorable scene was when I cried in the arms of Minju after resigning. In the end, this is something I love so much, and I know that my anxiety soon becomes passionate again, so I cheer up and get back to work. When I saw Yong-ju choose to find and empty her favorite work, I was able to feel comfort and empathy for some reason. If you have experience putting everything into your work, I think you will sympathize with this scene.
- What's your secret to acting romantically.
▶To truly love the other character and to observe myself well when I love my people. I think it can be conveyed better than any great words if you show it with your eyes that you are grateful, precious, and happy to be loved. I also think 'There's nothing impossible about any expression. The love of others who see it in writing sometimes feels shameful and excessive, but looking back, I think everyone expresses their love to their heart's content without face and goodness. In that respect, I focus on this because I want to express myself more boldly who loves you now than embarrassed, and I think this part is very helpful in understanding the script.
-The ending scene that you thought was the most Lunar New Year and the reason.
▶Actually, it's a very sad scene, but I think it's the line and ending of the 8th episode 'This person is sadder than me'. It was a scene that could lead and relieve Yong-ju's feelings, which have always been endured or neglected, to the delicacy of democracy, and if expressed in terms of the index of love, I think it was the highest scene.
|
▶Thank you so much. Because I sympathized so much with the situation and heart that I couldn't comfort myself through Yong-ju, I felt comforted just by the fact that such Yong-ju lived a happy life. Of course, other misfortunes and happiness will be repeated after growth, but other fun things will happen as much as the growth, and I think I was able to finish the work with a happy ending story because I knew that there was a strong supporter of Minju next to me.
-For actor Kim Se-jeong, 'Drunk Romance' and what meaning do you think the recruitment week will be remembered.
▶ Everything about Yongju, Minju, and 'Drunk Romance' that consoled myself for not being able to comfort me is memorable. At first, I approached it as a romance comedy, but 'Drunk Romance' was 'Growth Playground' that further nurtured my faith in me. I was so happy to be Yongju throughout 2024.
|
▶I want to play a raw character. And after a short break in 2024, I will work hard on my next work in 2025 to prepare and work hard on it. I think it'll be a year where I can do music activities that I like.
- Say something to the viewers.
I sincerely thank many people who watched Yong-ju's growth, and I think the comfort and empathy you gave me made him happier. I hope that there will be more love than that for those who comforted me, and that those who sympathized will receive more comfort than Yong-ju received, and that today and tomorrow will be a day drunk with happiness that everyone can take in their own color.
