The operator of the YouTuber channel 'Taldeok Detention Center', which posted a false video about singer Kang Daniel, appealed the first trial's ruling to compensate singer Kang Daniel for 30 million won.

According to the legal community on the 16th, Park, the operator of 'Taldeok Detention Center", submitted an appeal to Judge Lee Kun-hee in the 29th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court on the 12th. This is the court that heard Kang Daniel's claim for damages filed against Park in the first trial on the 27th of last month.

At the time, Judge Lee ruled that the plaintiff partially won the case, saying, "'Pay 30 million won and delayed interest to Kang Daniel, and bear 70% of the litigation cost.'" No separate reason for the ruling was explained.




In January last year, Kang Daniel filed a civil lawsuit first seeking 100 million won in damages, so he decided to appeal on the 11th", he filed an appeal with the court. However, Park also submitted an appeal to the court on the 12th, the very next day.

Previously, Park is accused of defaming seven celebrities, including celebrities and influencer, by posting 23 videos criticizing them while operating the YouTube channel 『Taldeok Camp』 from October 2021 to June last year. 'Taldeok concentration camp' is a YouTube channel that produces videos based on malicious rumors of idols and has been deleted.




According to the prosecution's analysis of YouTube channel accounts, A made a total of 250 million won over two years.

In particular, Park was sued by Jang Won-young and her agency Starship Entertainment for distributing fake news containing rumors of a romantic relationship with the group I've Jang Won-young and rumors of discord between members. Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment opened the lawsuit by successfully identifying Park through the discovery system. In the 100 million damages lawsuit filed by Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment, some of the plaintiffs were ruled in favor, but the Taldeok concentration camp even filed an appeal for the first trial's suspension of execution, expressing its unfairness. The decision was made by the Ministry of Coordination, but Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment rejected it.




Since then, Kang Daniel, BTS V and Jungkook, Espa, EXO Suho, and SM Entertainment have filed a lawsuit against Park.
