JTBC said "The 'Newsroom' Hyun Bin interview, which will be broadcast at 6:30 p.m. on the 29th, will be broadcast later, not today."
The broadcast was postponed due to the Jeju Air plane accident at Muan International Airport in Jeollanam-do earlier in the day.
Earlier in the morning, a Jeju Air flight 7C2216 from Bangkok, Thailand, crashed into the outer wall while attempting to land on the runway at Muan International Airport in Jeollanam-do.
181 people, including 175 passengers and six crew members, were on board the aircraft, and two of them were rescued and taken to a nearby hospital. According to the National Fire Agency, all passengers except two rescuers would have died, so the rescue operation was converted to a search operation.
Meanwhile, the interview between Hyun Bin and director Woo Min-ho has already been filmed, and the future broadcast date is known to be undecided. The two were going to tell deeper stories about 'Harbin', including a thank you for your hot love for 'Harbin'.
