Broadcaster Park Na-rae delivered donations for the victims and bereaved families of the Jeju Air plane disaster in her hometown of Muan.

An official from Park Na-rae said on the 30th "On the same day, Park Na-rae delivered a donation to support the damage of the Jeju Air plane disaster through the local government under his jurisdiction."The amount of donation is not wanted to be known."

Born in 1985, Park Na-rae was born in Muan, South Jeolla Province, and spent her childhood in Mokpo. When he won the grand prize at the MBC Broadcasting Entertainment Awards in 2019, his hometown was also given a placard saying 'Narae Park, the OOO daughter of Mangwol-ri, Ilro-eup, Muan-gun, won the MBC Entertainment Awards'.




After the disaster, Park Na-rae wrote on his personal account, "Rest in peace with the deceased."," he said, expressing his condolences to the victims.

Meanwhile, an aircraft from Bangkok left the runway while landing at Muan International Airport in Ficury, Mangun-myeon, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do, on the morning of the 29th. The plane was Jeju Air Flight 7C2216, which was scheduled to depart Bangkok and arrive at Muan International Airport at 8:30 a.m. that day. There are a total of 181 passengers, 175 passengers and six crew members. According to the fire authorities, 179 people were killed and two injured. The government designated seven days until January 4 as the national mourning period for the disaster.
