In particular, December 12, which Kim Soo-yong mentioned, is significant because it is related to the movie '12·12 incident', which was the background of the movie 'Seoul Spring'.
Earlier on the 3rd, the day before, President Yoon declared emergency martial law in an emergency public address at around 10:24 and said, `We will rebuild and protect a free Korea that is falling into the abyss of ruin.'
