According to the real estate industry on the 2nd, Jung Joon-ha's Jung Joongang Heights Village apartment (152.98㎡ exclusively) in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was auctioned off in July.
The real estate was acquired by Jung Joon-ha and his father at a 5-to-5 share ratio in 2005. The creditor is a wholesale liquor company, and it seems that Jung Joon-ha was unable to pay back the price of alcohol and goods.
The apartment is a luxury apartment with a market price of more than 3.6 billion won, and the same balance was traded at 3.65 billion won in August. However, the auction will be held only for 36.38㎡, which is half of the land area owned by Jeong Joon-ha. The first sale date is scheduled for the 10th, and the appraised price is 1.79 billion won.
Jung Joon-ha recently appeared on the YouTube channel 'Face Genius Cha Eun-soo' and reported the closure of business "I'm running five stores, and one of them is closing after eight years". In addition, regarding the sushi restaurant operated near Sinnonhyeon Station, he expressed his difficulties, saying, `There are more than 20 employees, including part-time jobs, and last month, only 45 million won was spent on labor costs for part-timers other than employees.'
