There was a situation in which the group New Jeans could not call the name New Jeans.

New Jeans appeared as a guest at the Yoavo concert held at Inspire Arena in Jung-gu, Incheon on the 7th.

Newzins, who attended as guests, wowed the audience by singing their hit song `How Sweet.'

In addition, even while talking with Joasovi and the audience, Newzins never mentioned their group name 'Newzins'.

Previously, Newzins held an official press conference on November 28th, and the exclusive contract between Newzins and Adore will be terminated from 00:00 on the 29th" made a statement.

At the time, Newzins said, `After midnight today, the five of us may not be able to use the name Newzins for the time being, regardless of our will"And yet "For some people, the name Newzins may come only as a trademark issue, but for us, it's not that simple. We have no intention of giving up the name Newzins. It is a name that contains all the meanings of everything that has been done since the first day the five of us met."

Later, on the 5th, Adore said in an official position that "We filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract to be legally confirmed that the exclusive contract with the artist Newzins will remain valid on December 3rd."

"We didn't want the problem with our artists to be resolved through legal judgment, but we made an inevitable decision because we needed to confirm to the artist as well as to the various stakeholders that the exclusive contract between the company and the artist was not terminated lightly by one side of the argument. Above all, we want to clearly seek the court's judgment to protect the foundation of the K-pop industry, which has grown on the basis of a healthy trust relationship between artists and companies, and even the Korean pop culture industry."

Audor emphasized, `It is a heavy heart to tell you this news, but it is to prevent artists from engaging in entertainment activities in a way that violates the current exclusive contract, or causing unexpected damage and confusion to domestic and foreign industry officials.'

Also "Adore's position to join Newzins remains unchanged. Apart from seeking the judiciary's judgment on the effectiveness of the exclusive contract, I think a sufficient and honest discussion with artists is essential. We have not yet had the opportunity to communicate with artists despite several earnest requests from Audor executives and employees, but we will make ceaseless efforts to resolve unnecessary misunderstandings between artists and us."
