MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 『Motel California" is a remodeling romance of the first love experienced by the female protagonist, who was born in a motel in the countryside and grew up in a motel, reunites with her first love 12 years ago. Based on Shim Yoon-seo's popular novel 'Home, Bitter Home' in 2019, Lee Se-young (played by Ji Kang-hee), Nine-woo (played by Cheon Yeon-soo), Choi Min-soo (played by Ji Chun-pil), Kim Tae-hyung (played by Geum Seok-kyung), and Choi Hee-jin (played by Yoon Nan-woo), they are expected to have a solid lineup that has caught both trust and freshness.
