Actor Kim Tae-ri informs the world of the beauty of hanbok.
The cover of the 2024 Hanbok Wave project pictorial with actors Kim Tae-ri and Marie Claire Korea has been released.
Kim Tae-ri, who recently renewed her life character through the popular drama 'Jungnyeoni', showed an alluring aura in a beautiful hanbok as if showing the mature appearance of Min Gae-min.
Kim Tae-ri's 2024 Hanbok Wave project pictorial with Marie Claire Korea was held as part of the 「Hallyu-linked collaborative content planning and development project」 in the hanbok sector. Kim Tae-ri joined not only the model but also the design and development of hanbok to promote the beauty of hanbok to the world.
In particular, this pictorial is more meaningful because it will be released not only on the billboard at Times Square Broadway in New York, USA, but also on the large billboard at the Paris Stadium Comartin in France for Christmas on December 24.
In Korea, it will be unveiled through the Korean History Museum K Culture Screen (December 23-31) to showcase the unique style and beauty of hanbok to overseas tourists visiting Korea.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has been promoting the hanbok, which was developed in collaboration with Korean hanbok designers and Hallyu culture artists, at home and abroad, and is promoting the 'Hanbok Wave' project since 2020 to help competent hanbok brands advance overseas. Actor Suzy in 2023 and former figure skater Kim Yu-na in 2022 participated, causing great repercussions at home and abroad.
Meanwhile, the hanbok pictorial, which adds the beauty of hanbok to actor Kim Tae-ri's charm, will be produced as a book in the January 2025 edition of the famous fashion magazine `Marie Claire Korea' and released on Dec. 21.
