Actor Lee Jung-jae refuted allegations of unfair trade with Artist United (formerly Wythe Planet), the largest shareholder.

Lee Jung-jae's agency, Artist United, said in an official statement on the 6th that `It is true that Wythe Planet in the past was under investigation by financial authorities,' adding that `But the artist company and Lee Jung-jae are not subject to investigation.'

He then stressed that "Lee Jung-jae has nothing to do with illegal activities such as information leakage or prior trading at the time of Wider Planet's third-party allocation capital increase, and will actively respond to resolve the misunderstanding that Lee Jung-jae and Artist Yuna Tied are receiving."




He added that "We will thoroughly respond to the damage to shareholders by suing those involved in the advance purchase or information leakage through Artist United's own investigation."

On the same day, a media outlet reported that financial authorities have launched an investigation into allegations of unfair transactions, including the advance sale of Wythe Planet (current Artist United).

Wythe Planet is a KOSDAQ listed company acquired by Lee Jung-jae, Jung Woo-sung, and Park In-kyu, former CEO of Wizwick Studio, in December last year, and changed its name to its current name in March this year. At the end of last year, the stock price rose as Lee Jung-jae and Han Dong-hoon, a high school classmate, were grouped into the theme stocks representing the power of the people.
