On the 4th, Lee Seung-hwan said, "'Like a black and white movie' will proceed as scheduled as the martial law is lifted. I'm sorry for the confusion" he said.
He added "Today, when I have a lot to say, I will meet you with deeper and deeper stories and songs."
Lee Seung-hwan will hold a small theater concert 'Like a Black and White Movie' at the Gureumha Theater in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 4th and 5th.
However, Lee Seung-hwan canceled the concert at 10:25 p.m. on the 3rd when President Yoon declared emergency martial law in an emergency statement.

However, President Yoon lifted the emergency martial law declaration at 4:27 a.m. on the 4th, six hours after declaring martial law. In response, Lee decided to hold the performance as scheduled.
