The 35th anniversary of singer Lee Seung-hwan's debut concert in Gumi has been canceled.

Gumi-si, Gyeongbuk, announced on the morning of the 23rd that it had decided to cancel the rental of the 35th anniversary of singer Lee Seung-hwan's debut on the 25th.

A city official said, `We have decided to cancel the concert for safety reasons in a situation where there is a concern about physical conflict between the audience and conservative right-wing organizations.' The city has even completed the process of canceling the rental of Lee Seung-hwan's concert.




Earlier, conservative groups held a rally in front of Gumi City Hall on the 19th and 20th and demanded the cancellation of Lee Seung-hwan's impeachment celebration performance in Gumi City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, on the 25th.
