Min Hee-jin Battles Allegations Amid Mediation Efforts with Ex-ADOR Employee A

Will Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR, and A, former employee of
ADOR, succeed in a dramatic reconciliation.

The Seoul Western District Court's 51st (civil affairs) alone made a decision by the Mediation Committee as of November 28 on A's lawsuit for damages worth 100 million won against former CEO Min.

The Mediation Committee is a procedure for reaching an agreement through mutual understanding between the parties. If the mediation breaks down, the lawsuit begins again.

Mr. A previously received inappropriate treatment, including sexual harassment in-house by Mr. B, who was a close aide to former CEO Min and deputy CEO of
ADOR, and claimed that former CEO Min tried to cover up the case.

On the contrary, former CEO Min stood on A's side and scolded B loudly and adjusted them to resolve misunderstandings and reconcile with each other, but he claimed that he was vindictive of A's low evaluation of work due to his lack of ability, but A fumed that he was "Lie". He also sued former CEO Min for defamation and violation of the Personal Information Protection Act in connection with the disclosure of the contents and salaries of the messenger without his consent. He also reported former representative Min and B to the Ministry of Employment and Labor on charges of unfair labor practices and labor-management irregularities. In addition, a seizure worth 100 million won was placed on former CEO Min's real estate.

Hive also said he would investigate the case again.

Min resigned from his position as an in-house director last month. Since then, former CEO Min has been waging an all-round lawsuit against Hive officials.

NewJeans also announced the termination of its exclusive contract with Adore effective Nov. 29. Accordingly, Adore has filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract.
