Song Kang-ho Joins Season 2 of Netflix Hit 'BEEF'



Actor Song Kang-ho will join in season 2 of the Netflix series 'BEEF'.

Sub-Lime told Sports Chosun on the 20th that Song Kang-ho will make a special appearance in the Netflix series '
BEEF 2'.

On the same day, American entertainment media Deadline reported that Song Kang-ho, the star of 'Parasite', appears in '
BEEF 2'. 'BEEF' is a 10-part drama about people who are angry about a minor accident in a large supermarket parking lot and fight for revenge. Lee Sung-jin, a Korean-American writer and German director, directed, scripted, and produced, and Korean actors, including Steven Yeun, participated. In particular, this work also showed the potential of Korean creators by sweeping best picture and best actor at the Golden Globe and Emmy Awards last year.
Yoon Yeo-jung will join in Season 2. In addition to Yoon Yeo-jung, Oscar Isaac, Carrie Mulligan, Charles Menton, and Kayleigh Spani are among the new members. Yoon Yeo-jeong will be split into a Korean billionaire who is the owner of the country club in the drama. Season 2 is expected to portray what a young couple who accidentally witnessed a shocking fight between their bosses and their wives in the background of a country club run by Yoon Yeo-jung.




Season 2, which will be produced in a total of eight episodes, will be directed by director Lee Sung-jin, followed by Steven Yeun and Ellie Wong, who worked as lead producers in season 1.
