Choi Jun-hee announced the news of winning the 32nd Rising Star Award at the Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards through her personal account on the 10th.
In a joint article, Choi Jun-hee said "It's an honor to receive such a wonderful award. I give this award to all the fans who raised me with love and all the people who supported me."
He continued "The first person I want to thank is my aunt and grandmother, who raised me like a mother. Thanks to you protecting me with deeper love and dedication than anyone else, I was able to be who I am now. My aunt and grandmother, who loved me consistently whenever I had a hard time, are the biggest support of my life and the reason for my life. I think all of these people made me, including my boyfriend, who always stood by me silently, my brother, who supported me from behind without saying anything, Aunt (Hong) Jin-kyung, Aunt (Cho) Sung-ah, and Aunt (Eom) Jeong-hwa, who loved me by keeping my loyalty to my mother until the end. We have all been so grateful this year, hoping that we will all shine in our respective places and that the lights will come together to light up the bigger world," he wrote.
