THE BOYZ to Keep Team Name After Resolving Trademark Dispute

One Hundred said on the 5th that it has smoothly agreed on the use of the trademark rights of THE BOYZ and the three consultations through a meeting with IST Entertainment.
Earlier, IST Entertainment and One Hundred had a mixed stance on trademark rights. While IST Entertainment will provide its members with trademark rights for free, One Hundred countered, saying IST Entertainment made unreasonable demands in the process of negotiating trademark rights.
There were also observations among fans that the name of the THE BOYZ group may not be available due to the deepening conflict between the two sides. However, the two sides reached a dramatic agreement on the use of trademark rights, allowing the members to maintain the team name of The Boyz.
One Hundred said "After clearing the sad feelings and talking candidly, we and IST Entertainment have reached an agreement where everyone can be happy by prioritizing the members and fans of THE BOYZ."
In the meantime, he told IST Entertainment that `I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to IST Entertainment for accepting the consultation with an open mind.'
He also said to the members and fans, `We are sorry that we made you have an uncomfortable time for a while, and One Hundred will actively support and do its best to further develop and protect the skills of the artists 'The Boyz' that have been accumulated so far.'
