Yoo Ah-in, 'Nahonsan'8 billion has been disposed of..'Keep it down by 1.7 billion'

Actor Yoo Ah-in, who is on trial for taking habitual drugs, reportedly sold his house in Itaewon.

Yoo Ah-in recently sold a detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which he unveiled about three years ago, for 6.3 billion won, according to a recent media report.

Yoo Ah-in purchased the house in 2016 for 5.8 billion won under the name of a private agency 'Yu Company Limited'. Yoo Ah-in moved to Hannam-dong after unveiling the house through 'I Live Alone'. Since then, the house has been put up for sale for real estate, and the first sale price desired by Yoo Ah-in is said to be 8 billion won.

However, it was sold for 6.3 billion won in November, and it is estimated that it was sold out suddenly, considering that it was 1.7 billion won lower than the amount originally offered by Yoo Ah-in.

It is known that it has not been confirmed who the buyer is because the registration of the transfer of ownership has not yet been filed with the court.

Meanwhile, Yoo Ah-in was put on trial in October last year on charges of habitually administering medical propofol 181 times under the guise of sleep anesthesia of cosmetic procedures at hospitals in Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022.

He is also accused of illegally buying 1,100 sleeping pills of two types under the name of another person 44 times between May 2021 and August last year, and of smoking hemp three times in the United States with acquaintance Choi in January this year.

The first trial convicted him of taking habitual medical drugs and buying habitual sleeping pills in other people's names and sentenced him to one year in prison. However, the charges of smoking hemp and destroying evidence were considered innocent, saying there was a lack of evidence. The final trial of the appeals court is scheduled to be held on the 24th.
