The Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of 1 million won in fines for Kim Heung-guk, who was summarily indicted on charges of driving without a license in August last year.
Kim Heung-guk was caught by police on April 29 last year for illegally changing his course while driving in Gangnam, Seoul. At that time, Kim Heung-guk was driving without a license.
In response, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office briefly indicted Kim Heung-guk on the same year, and the court confirmed it.
Kim Heung-guk was caught by a taxi driver who suffered a double collision in 1997 while driving under the influence of alcohol. Nevertheless, he was caught drunk driving again in 2013 and suspended his license for 100 days.
In April 2021, police were investigated for allegedly driving an SUV on a street in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and hitting a motorcyclist who was going straight by making an illegal left turn at a stop signal. At the time, Kim Heung-guk appealed for unfairness, saying it was not a hit-and-run, but the court sentenced him to a fine of 7 million won for escape injuries and violations of the Road Traffic Act (not taken after the accident).
Kim Heung-guk was born in 1959 and made his debut in 1985 with 'The Departed Nurse'. Later, he released hits such as 'Thorang Butterfly'59, Wangsimni'.
