YG Entertainment, Lee Chan-hyuk's agency, told Sports Chosun on the 21st that it cannot be confirmed because it is the artist's private life.
Rumors of a romantic relationship between the two were raised on YouTube in October 2022. Suspicions are rising that they are dating because they wear rings of similar design, upload photos taken in the background of the same place on social media, and cell phone cases are similar in color.
In addition, there were witnesses that Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Sa-rom joined hands to visit a workshop and bought the work, which gave a boost to the rumors of their romantic relationship. Even at that time, however, YG Entertainment declined to comment, saying "It cannot be confirmed because it is the artist's private life."
Lee Chan-hyuk, who was born in 1996, formed the group AKMU with his sister Soohyun Lee and made his face and name with the SBS survival audition program 『K-pop Star" Season 2 in 2012. After joining hands with YG Entertainment, he made his official debut in the music industry in April 2014 and left behind a number of hits, including 'fall', 'long night', 'frai's dream', 'love', 'give love', and '200%'. Recently, author Han Kang, who received the Nobel Prize in Literature, wrote a myth that went back on the road, mentioning Akmu's 'How can I love the breakup, I love you?'
Lee Chan-hyuk, who makes most of the melodies and lyrics of AKMU, is considered an exceptional genius singer-songwriter, and from October 2022, he released a solo album 'Error', showing off his ability as a solo artist.
Lee Saerom was born in January 1997 and debuted as a group fromis_9 in 2018 through Mnet Idol Audition Program 'Idol School', which aired in 2007. Last year, he won four awards on music shows with his third single 'Supersonic' and entered the top 10 of Melon 'Top 100'Chart' for the first time since his debut. The exclusive contract with Pledis Entertainment expired in December last year.
