A filed a lawsuit against Choi Jeong-won for damages worth 100 million won, claiming that Choi Jeong-won's marriage broke down due to cheating with B.
In a divorce suit filed by B against A on December 4, 2024, the Seoul Family Court ruled that B should compensate A for 30 million won in alimony, saying that B is primarily responsible for the breakdown of the marriage.
