Corking drugs in the detention center...High School Rapper 2 Yun Byung-ho, Appeals dismissed → 2 years of probation

The appeal of Yoon Byung-ho, a former member of the 'High School Rapper 2' who was arrested on drug administration charges, was dismissed.

On the 18th, the Suwon District Court's Criminal Appeals Division 3 (Chief Judge Jang Joon-hyun) rejected the appeal of Yun Byung-ho, who was indicted on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.

The court said "Considering the circumstances recognized by the evidence legally adopted and investigated by the lower court, it is recognized that the defendant administered drugs using the so-called caulking method (drug inhalation in powder form) when he was imprisoned in the Incheon Detention Center."

Yun Byung-ho was accused of administering psychotropic drugs containing diazepam lorazepam zolpidem in an unknown way at the Incheon Detention Center on August 17-26, 2022. Yun Byung-ho was on trial for buying drugs such as hemp, fentanyl, and methamphetamine or smoking resin.

Fellow inmates stated to the effect that Yoon Byung-ho powdered and inhaled the oldest bedtime medicine in the evening.

Yun Byung-ho claimed that it was a 'Pongdang case" that caused others to administer drugs without him knowing, but the first trial court said, "It is difficult to have someone else take an unprescribed drug without the defendant's knowledge, and there is no other way to explain that psychotropic drugs were detected in urine without the defendant taking them. He was sentenced to two years of probation in August for taking drugs in a detention center while being tried for the same crime.

In response, Yun Byung-ho filed an appeal on the grounds of misunderstanding of the law and improper sentencing, but the court dismissed it.

Yun Byung-ho is in prison after serving seven years in prison for another drug case.
