KBS 1TV's New Year's Plan 'Korean Table', which will be broadcast today (2nd), will feature a New Year's Table trip between the Jinan Plateau in Jeollabuk-do, called the roof of Honam, and Seocheon in Chungcheongnam-do, the home of seasonal bites.
The broadcast on this day depicts the healthy winter of Jinan's seven siblings, who raise their children with the taste of nature instead of the city's fast food.
The table filled with things from nature, such as cold fries and grilled deodeok, freshly dug from the snowfield, is full of parents' simple wish for children to grow up healthy, making viewers smile.
The New Year's meal of residents of Songseok Port in Seocheon, Chungcheongnam-do, which contains the scent of the West Sea and winter, including rice cake soup boiled with water, seasoned Dongjuk sashimi, and clear soup of seafood gimjeon and dried catfish, stimulates viewers' five senses.
