Gian84 was surprised by "I didn't ask you to cook for me, but is your sister-in-law cooking for me?", and "What men are obsessed with is breakfast." Why are you so obsessed with breakfast? Eating isn't the problem. You're protected'feels like..."

Gian84 is "If I meet a woman who doesn't cook breakfast, wouldn't I go to the swimming pool and have an affair with a muscular bachelor?" I went to the gym with a young trainer, and Seo Ji-seung was surprised "Who ever did that?"

Gian84 said "I saw such a hideous article on the Internet" and Seo Ji-seung said "If you feel that way, you will meet such a person. We have to get rid of such negative thoughts."

After the video was released, there was a controversy over misogyny over Gian84's 'Breakfast' remarks.

Earlier in August 2020, Gian84 appeared in Gian84's webtoon 'Return King', where the female protagonist, Bong Ji-eun, broke the clams on her stomach at the company dinner. In response, the 40-year-old male boss, who was scolding Paek-eun, said, "Where have you been and are you coming now?" to Paek-eun breaking clams. He praised her, saying, "You're a talented woman." Later, Bong-eun joined the company as a full-time employee.

In particular, the scene in question was a conversation between Yu Ki-myung and his 40-year-old male boss. The male boss tells Yu Ki-myung that he is meeting with Paek-eun. But maybe because of the big age difference, they often fight each other," he said, asking for a job present to be delivered instead. Yu Ki-myeong was curious about how the two got together, and the male boss said "I got drunk and kissed him on the day of the company dinner." Then Yu Ki-myung "How far did you go. Did you sleep?" and the male boss asked "LOL!!" he replied.

Netizens who saw this pointed out that Bong Ji-eun eventually became a full-time employee through sexual intercourse with her male boss, and there was also a controversy over "female hatred" by the author Gian84.

Eventually, Gian84 revised the content of the webtoon 'King of Return to School' and posted an apology.

Gian84 is "I'm so sorry to have caused you any concern again with my inappropriate description in the work", he apologized.

"In the last episode, Bong Ji-eun, who was hard to find a job, added the setting that she was going to win with this cuteness, and I was thinking about a scene that could satirize this society in a funny way, and then I drew a cute otter," he said. "Especially, I wanted to describe the scene where an otter breaks a clam and gets something to eat as an otter floating in the water, but I don't think I thought deeply about this scene."

He also reviewed readers' comments about the character's cuteness and romantic relationships with his boss, and further revised his lines and pictures," he added.

Gian84 is "I sincerely apologize to the readers for the discomfort I caused when I should have considered more and worked on the manuscript. As much as many people are interested, I will pay more attention to the large and small expressions in the manuscript," he said.
