According to a certified copy of the court's register on the 7th, Yang Jae-woong received a luxury villa located at the UN Village in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
The luxury villa has only seven households, and the industry estimates that the sale price will reach 10 billion won.
Ranubo Hannam 2nd is a luxury residential complex built at UN Village in Hannam-dong, one of the representative rich villages in Korea, and is being built on 660㎡ (about 200 pyeong) of land with three basement floors and three ground floors and seven households. As it aims for high-end housing, a one-stop care system such as security and high-tech security will be introduced.
Earlier in July 2022, Yang Jae-woong purchased a building ranging from 1st basement floor to 5th basement floor in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul under the name of Brother World Co., Ltd., which he represents.
The building, which was completed in 1992, has a land area of 348㎡ and a total floor area of 988.79㎡, and was reportedly purchased for about 10 billion won.
An industry official believed that Yang Jae-woong would have purchased the building for reconstruction investment, not for a shopping mall rental business.
