In July 2023, the court partially won the plaintiff's case in a compensation lawsuit filed by A against Hanna-kyung, demanding that Hana-kyung pay A 15 million won.
According to the trial data at the time, A's husband, B, first met with Hana-kyung at an entertainment center in Busan in December 2021. Since then, the two began dating in January 2022, and after a trip to Vietnam in April, Hana-kyung became pregnant with B's child.
After the divorce, B planned to marry Hanakyung and immigrate to Vietnam, but A refused to divorce. As a result, B did not strongly demand a divorce, and Hana-kyung contacted A directly to reveal her relationship with B and her pregnancy.
