Actor Choo Young-woo (26) revealed the secret of hiding his handsome face and turning into Yang Jae-won.

Choo Young-woo met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 24th and interviewed Netflix's original series 'Severe Trauma Center' (played by Choi Tae-gang, directed by Lee Do-yoon). Chu Young-woo expressed his feelings about getting the modifier 'trending 'Thank you so much. It was a work that I loved so much, and it is receiving favorable reviews, but I still thought it was not enough, so I was acting with (Lim) Ji-yeon while watching the seniors, and I joined Ji-hoon, and he seems to be trying to imitate a lot of good things. It is said that if you like it, you will resemble it, but as I try to resemble it, it seems that you ask me a lot. I think I was able to benefit from that."

Chu Young-woo then filmed "Severe Trauma Center", and his senior made the environment good. There are some restrictions on the dramatization of webtoons, and they may not be able to provide as fast speed and development as webtoons, so whenever the director and senior get stuck, they can do ' more. It's fun to do that. You can overdo it. Those parts helped. It felt like the senior had pierced something. So even when I went to 'Ok's Wife', I think (Cheon) Seung-hwi was seen as a little more attractive. Fragmentally, in some parts, I sometimes see similar parts to my current senior when I was young. I heard that you can see a little bit of that in Seung-hwi's way of speaking. I realized it when I saw my friends say that, too. 'I thought, 'Oh, this is what's on it.'"

In the play, Yang Jae-won is a disciple of the fantasy character Baek Kang-hyuk, who needs to be buried with a little more reality. As a result, there must have been pressure to make viewers understand realistically. Chu Young-woo "At first, there was a burden. But the director and the senior said 'I want you to think this is your drama, feel responsible, and act.'" In that respect, I was the same as Yang Jae-won in the field. I was flustered, but I ran around to work hard and it was similar in that area. It is also Yang Jae-won who wants to follow Baek Kang-hyuk's path and resemble him in the play, and I think I followed my senior while acting. He led me a lot, so I think it came out well just by listening carefully and working hard.

In addition, Chu Young-woo reads the script and thinks wit is an indispensable part of our work. I'm serious when I'm serious, but Jaewon has to play the role of a gag character, but I was worried if I could do well because I've never acted in a complete comedy like this. But when I did it according to the situation, they laughed. Every time you do that, you just have to do it like this. If you do this, it's like financial resources. It seems that such convictions have been created little by little. I think I wandered a little bit because I wasn't confident in the beginning."

There was also pressure on the comic. Chu Young-woo had concerns about " (like an over-the-top)". Since I'm a rookie, there are times when I only pay attention to my acting, and there are times when I'm worried, but my seniors and directors created a good environment. 'You can do whatever you want and do it as you want. And 'Youngwoo. If the direction is right, whether you do 100 or 1000, it's never too much. He said, "It's okay, and the more you do it, the more fun it is." He showed the reaction videos of his friends and said, "There's a friend like this, too. He told me to do well until the end."

It is Chu Young-woo who tried to express Yang Jae-won's inner side as well as his outer side. As soon as Choo Young-woo entered the audition, he said, "(I'm a rookie, and I want to look good to everyone, so if you give me the script, I realized that the feeling of the first time I came in is important to the directors. So I thought I should go to the meeting with a personality that can satisfy the character and the director's desired appearance. The director might feel betrayed because he planned it```.

Chu Young-woo then said "Jae-won is an emergency medical doctor, but since he is on duty 24 hours a day, doctors often can't wash up, and in the case of surgery, there are also Deng-woo who does 20 hours, so I think he did it a little naturally." I barely put on makeup and my clothes made me feel like I was living as much as I could. I think I got a lot of help like that, and I'm not really tall and dwarfed, so I tried to give a real size difference. My senior wore shoes in the beginning and I wore lower slippers, and I purposely tried to show my less grown-up posture in an unusual way than usual."

"Severe Trauma Center" is a work that tells the exhilarating story of Baek Kang-hyuk (Joo Ji-hoon), a genius surgeon who worked on the battlefield, when he was appointed to resuscitate a famous severe trauma team. Choo Young-woo played Yang Jae-won, the first disciple of trauma surgery who was caught in love with Baek Kang-hyuk's brilliant surgical skills, and worked with Joo Ji-hoon.

'Severe Trauma Center' will be released on Netflix on the afternoon of the 24th.
