In the 3rd and 4th episodes of Disney+ 'Trigger', which aired on the 22nd, Han Do (Jung Sung-il) lost his humanity once again when Son Joon-young (Moon Woo-jin), who used to abuse animals, eventually killed his grandfather, who was protecting missing children and cats, but he built up the character's narrative with detailed emotional acting on the process of awakening to make a true and reliable program through animal abuse cases.
In the process, Han Do cut his bushy hair short and made over 180 degrees differently, protecting So-ryong (Kim Hye-soo), who was caught up in the scandal, with a black umbrella and confronting reporters, while Cho Hae-won (Choo Ja-hyun), the last witness and informant of the 「Cha Sung-wook Missing Case」, who remained a long-term unsolved case, appeared and showed his dutiful eyes and expression, and continued to be cynical and instilled tension in the play.
In this way, Jung Sung-il continued the development of the play with an absorbing performance like an actor he trusted and watched. When he had a sharp confrontation with Moon Woo-jin, he overwhelmed his explosive anger with only a restrained voice and eyes, and expressed different emotional expressions and vocal strengths for each character he faced, making them fall in love with his work.
In particular, Jung Sung-il makes good use of the hidden comicality despite the fierce development and shows off his acting master's side without filtration, while unlike his first appearance, when he crash-landed on the Trigger team and didn't even look at it, he gradually opened the door of his mind and got closer, raising questions about the relationship between the Trigger team that will change in the future.
The 'Trigger' starring Jung Sung-il, who causes viewers to be overly immersed with his seasoned passion that shakes the play, is released every Wednesday on Disney+.
