Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in Move to Hannam-dong Luxury Villa with Record-High Lease

According to E-Daily on the 6th, Lee Seung-gi signed a lease contract for 255 square meters (2nd floor) exclusively for Ranubo Hannam, a luxury villa in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, in August last year.
At that time, Lee Seung-gi set a lease of 10.5 billion won for the household, and the lease period is reported to be until August 2026. This jeonse price was the highest in the real estate market in Seoul this year following last year.
Lee married Lee Da-in, the second daughter of actor Gyeon Mi-ri and seven years her junior, in 2023. In February last year, she held her first daughter in her arms.
At the time of their marriage, the two started living in a residential-commercial apartment in Samseong-dong, where Lee Seung-gi lived, but now it seems that they have moved to a villa in Hannam-dong.
LaRubo Hannam, signed by Lee Seung-ki, is considered the best villa within the United Nations Village. It was completed in 2022 and consisted of only four households with two to four basement floors. EXO's Baekhyun also moved in 2023 and became a hot topic.
