A Netflix official said on the 1st that "Leonardo DiCaprio will appear in Season 3 of 'Squid Game' is a groundless rumor."," he said, drawing a line.
Earlier, a media report reported that Leonardo DiCaprio will appear in Season 3 of 'Squid Game'.
DiCaprio has reportedly finished filming all of it, and makes a surprise appearance in Season 3, which will be released around the summer of this year. However, Netflix denied DiCaprio's alleged appearance.
Leonardo DiCaprio is famous for being a fan of 「Squid Game」.

Director Hwang Dong-hyuk also expressed his interest in DiCaprio. When asked about his plans to appear as a famous foreign actor at a meeting commemorating the Emmy Award in September 2022, director Hwang said, "'Squid Game', "I heard a lot of foreign actors liked it so much that I was a fan of his work as if passing by. Leonardo DiCaprio said he was a huge fan. We said, `Shall we contact each other when we have a chance?'," he said, referring to DiCaprio.
