Regarding the provisional injunction on the 13th, Adore said, "Until the first trial ruling of the 'Exclusive Contract Validation Procedure' filed with the Seoul Central District Court on December 3rd last year, Adore is recognized as a management company under the exclusive contract, and it is to prevent the members of Newzins from engaging in advertising contracts and advertising activities independently without the approval or consent of Adore." As the members of Newzins who unilaterally declared the termination of the exclusive contract continue to attempt to sign contracts by contacting advertisers independently, third parties such as advertisers.
They will then confirm that the members' unilateral claim to terminate the exclusive contract is unfair through the exclusive contract validation lawsuit filed by Adore. However, since it could take a considerable amount of time for a final ruling, we were forced to apply for additional provisional injunction to urgently prevent the confusion that was occurring.'"This provisional injunction application reflects Adore's intention to be with the members of the Newzins. If the market and industry continue to be confused by the members' independent actions, the brand value of Newzins, the only artist of Audor, will inevitably fall, and as a result, Audor may lose competitiveness as an agency and face a management crisis. It also reflected the judgment that even if the original ruling was made that the exclusive contract was valid years later, it might not be possible to restore it to its original state.
In addition, Adore appealed to the court in a provisional application that 'There must be an opportunity to correct wrongful judgments or actions before legal liability can be expanded out of control for Newzins as well. It also conveyed industrywide concerns that `if a precedent is set for unilaterally declaring the termination of exclusive contracts and independent entertainment activities without legal procedures, investment incentives in the entertainment industry will disappear and the foundation of the K-pop industry will be shaken and greatly contracted.'
In accordance with the position that the exclusive contract with Newzins is valid, Audor has consistently supported all personnel and facilities for Newzins' entertainment activities, and plans to continue to do so. In addition, Adore said, "We are receiving proposals from outside for various projects such as advertising and events, and internally, we have already planned and completed this year's activities, including the release of regular albums and fan meetings, and we want to be able to fully communicate with the members of Newzins."
