Shin Min-ah, who has been continuously donating and sharing for those in need for 15 years since 2009, once again delivered 300 million won to organizations that are donating every year, such as the Hallim Burn Foundation and Asan Medical Center in Seoul, at the end of last year.
Shin Min-ah has been quietly supporting people from difficult environments, from children to the elderly, in the hope that they will dream of a healthy future in a healthy environment. At the same time, it is said that they were more interested in people who were relatively out of touch and continued to think about ways for them.
In particular, they have been actively supporting them for 10 years since 2015 after hearing about burn patients who have low social interest and are unable to dare to operate and receive proper treatment due to enormous medical expenses.
In the case of burn patients, not only do they need multiple surgeries over the years, but it also takes quite a long time for the skin tissue to recover, so the one-off help is really great and appreciated, but in desperate need of constant attention and help. In response, Shin Min-ah delivered a total of 1 billion won, 100 million won per year, through the 「Hanlim Burn Foundation」, helping 201 burn patients to receive treatment and surgery in 2024 alone, 18 children and female burn patients.
In addition, Shin Min-ah has provided a helping hand in the event of social disasters such as COVID-19 damage, forest fires, and flood damage, as well as a study room teacher support project for underprivileged children, heating expenses for elderly people living alone, and support projects for North Korean defectors and children.Shin Min-ah, who won the 'Good People Artist' award at the '14th Beautiful Artist' award ceremony held last year, said "We will donate the precious prize money we received today to those who need a helping hand in a difficult environment", he expressed his feelings and delivered the prize money for the students of Dongguk University's Theater Department, his alma mater.
