According to News 1 on the 22nd, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul sent San E without detention on charges of special injury on the 10th.

However, the charges of special injury applied to San E did not constitute an anti-intentional punishment, so they were sent to the prosecution regardless of whether they agreed or not.
According to the Chosun Ilbo, San was booked by the police in August last year on charges of special assault.
San is accused of assaulting a passerby A at a park in Mapo-gu, Seoul, in July last year.
At that time, San assaulted A using a mobile phone, saying "drag the bicycle straight," and A reportedly claimed that some of his eyes and teeth were injured.
Not only San, but also San's father, who was with him at the scene, was booked on charges of hitting A, and A was also booked on charges of assault on both sides.
Through his legal representative, San said, `First of all, I bow down and apologize to the victims of my recent assault case"I was forced to apologize to the victim first through a statement, but I would like to meet the victim in person and ask for his forgiveness," he said. Then "I'm sorry to many of you who would have been disappointed by me. I want you to scold me for my fault."
Meanwhile, San debuted in 2008 and released songs such as 'About Those Who Knows' and 'Honey in a Summer Night'. He recently worked as a Mnet producer for "Show Me the Money".
