The informant, who paid 25 million won in three installments and received a receipt, was scheduled to receive the work in February 2023 after the exhibition. However, the gallery continued to delay the delivery of the work due to Song Min-ho's overseas exhibitions.

Later, A was informed through the gallery that Song Min-ho would not sell the painting. According to the gallery, Song Min-ho said "A painting that was not sold to YG Chairman Yang Hyun-suk"I had it for a famous female singer" delivered the answer.

When he said he would give a different painting instead, Mr. A said "Who trades the work directly with the artist. It's a deal through a gallery, and who decides the selling price of the work. Isn't it decided by agreement between the artist and the gallery. Does it make sense that the writer didn't know the sale. I want to get the picture I chose" countered. In response, the gallery said "It seems that the less experienced curator made a mistake and sold it" and Song Min-ho still insisted that he would not sell the painting.

As a result, the case went to a civil lawsuit. The court ruled in favor of A. However, the ruling ruled that `Hand over the picture to Mr. A, and if it is not possible to deliver, pay the deposit.'
