On the 22nd, the 9-3 Civil Affairs Department (B) of the Seoul Central District Court's appeal trial held on the same day and decided to partially win the plaintiff, saying, `The defendant should pay 50 million won and delayed interest to the plaintiff.' In the first trial, Park was sentenced to pay 100 million won to Jang Won-young. The amount of compensation recognized in the second trial is less than the first trial.
Earlier, Jang Won-young's agency Starship Entertainment filed a compensation suit against Park, claiming that he defamed Jang Won-young as he continued to produce videos that maliciously slandered her. Park is known to have made hundreds of millions of dollars by spreading fake news.
Apart from the Jang Won-young case, Park has been sued for defamation and other charges by posting videos that slander other celebrities such as singer Kang Daniel, group BTS, and group Aespa. Currently, the channel is closed.
