It's been two years since the late actor Yoon Jung-hee passed away.

The deceased died on January 19, 2023 (local time) in Paris, France. He was 79.

Yoon Jung-hee was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2017 and has been living in Paris, France with her husband, pianist Baek Gun-woo, and daughter.




On the day of the death of the deceased, Baek Geon-woo delivered his obituary directly by e-mail titled 'Actor Yoon Jeong-hee Sunjong'. He said "My wife, actress Yoon Jung-hee, who has been loved by the public for a long time, passed away at 5 p.m. on the 19th with a comfortable face as if dreaming while listening to her daughter Jin-hee's violin." In accordance with the will of Jin-hee's mother (Yoon Jung-hee), the funeral will be held quietly with her family in Paris. Yoon Jung-hee debuted in 1967 with the film 『Youth Theater』 through a high competition ratio of 1,200 to 1. Since then, he has appeared in 330 films, including 'Kang Ming-hwa', 'Fog', 'The Japanese', 'The Heavenly Master Im Kkeokjeong', 'Night', 'Bunlegi', 'First Experience', and 'Sokhwachon'. The posthumous work of the deceased is the movie 'Si' (2010) directed by Lee Chang-dong.
