ADOR Responds as NewJeans Rebrands as 'NJZ' and Announces New Start

Ador, the agency of the girl group NewJeans, announced its position while New Jeans announced its new start under the name of 'NJZ'.

On the 7th, Adore said in an official statement that "We are very sorry that the members made this choice unilaterally before the legal judgment on the validity of the exclusive contract between the NewJeans members was made."`"Andor will do his best to protect the brand value of Newzins.'

"I would like to reiterate that I am ready to meet with the members or legal representatives at any time to clear up the misunderstanding and discuss future plans for the New Gene's activities."," he added.

On this day, five members, including Minji, Hani, Daniel, Harin, and Hyein, released the new group name 'NJZ' on social media, saying, `Please look forward to the surprising journey to be with ENJAG in 2025.'

The first stage with five members, Minji, Hani, Daniel, Harin, and Hyein, will be held in Hong Kong in March at the Global Street Fashion and Culture Festival 'ComplexCon Hong Kong'.

On this day, 'ComplexCon' posted a poster photo of five Newzins on its official SNS, announcing the appearance of 'NJZ'.

Earlier, on the 23rd of last month, Minji, Hani, Daniel, Harin, and Hyein were using the jeanzforfree account to "Verniz!! I'm going to contest for two days for a new activity name to use for a certain period of time. Please participate in the comments!" has been announced.

Meanwhile, Newzins held an emergency press conference on November 28 last year and declared the termination of its exclusive contract with Audor. At the time, the members argued that the contract was terminated because Adore violated the exclusive contract and did not accept the request for correction, and that there was no obligation to file a separate lawsuit or compensate for the penalty.

Since then, it has opened a new account under the name 'Jinspofree' without consultation with Ador and signaled a new activity.
