Drug Suspect Yoo Ah-in Ends Jail...Sentence of probation for the second trial → release

On the 18th, the Seoul High Court's Criminal Department 5 (Chief Judge Kwon Soon-hyung, Ahn Seung-hoon and Shim Seung-woo) sentenced a toddler accused of violating the Narcotics Control Act to one year in prison and two years of probation.
Yoo Ah-in, who was sentenced to one year in prison in the first trial in September last year, was sentenced to one year in prison and released after being sentenced to probation in the second trial.
Yoo Ah-in was put on trial for habitual medication of medical propofol 181 times between September 2020 and March 2022.
In September last year, the first trial court found infants guilty of both habitual drug use and smoking marijuana, and sentenced them to one year in prison and arrested them in court.
