The 21st Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul Western District Court explained in a provisional disposition lawsuit filed against former agency Eun Ga-eun and TSM Entertainment on the 19th that `There is considerable room for the trust relationship between TSM Entertainment and Eun Ga-eun has been broken because it is difficult to believe that TSM Entertainment has excessively settled the costs or faithfully fulfilled the settlement obligations set forth in the exclusive contract in this case.'
In the meantime, "The exclusive contract and subsidiary agreement concluded in May 2020 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant shall be suspended from effect""The defendant shall also bear the full cost of litigation" he ruled.
In December last year, Eun Ga-eun filed an injunction against TSM Entertainment to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract due to non-payment of settlement payments, breakdown of trust, and negligence of work.
At the time, Eun Ga-eun "Trusting and entrusted tasks were difficult because of the company's lax work," he said.
Currently, Eun Ga-eun is working independently, and she will marry singer Park Hyun-ho in April.
