Meanwhile, Gian84 purchased a commercial building in Seokchon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul for 4.6 billion won in 2019. The current market price of the building, which has one basement floor and four ground floors, is reported to have risen 1.6 billion won to 6.2 billion won.
