Nam Woo-hyun successfully completed the musical 'Bloody Love', which took about two months after performing at the KEPCO Art Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th.
'Bloody Love' is based on Bram Stoker's classic steady-selling novel, which premiered in the Czech Republic in 1995 and has been loved by audiences around the world for 30 years, including its Korean premiere in 1998. It was newly produced by PR Company, a cultural content company, and a new sense of reinterpretation was added along with the authenticity of the classic of the original 'Dracula'.
In particular, 'Bloody Love' became even more of a hot topic as director Noh Woo-sung, an excellent storyteller and leading the musical world with sensuous directing, personally adapted it. By composing Act 1 and Act 2 with completely different time and space, it provided a new stage differentiated from the existing 'Dracula' with solid story and music as well as attractions as if watching a movie.
In 'Bloody Love', Nam Woo-hyun played Dimitru, a loyal butler of Dracula and a friendship that transcends life and death. Dimitru's various emotional lines, including friendship beyond the master-slave relationship with Dracula and affection for Lorraine, were depicted with delicate acting, which received enthusiastic response from the audience.
"Bloody Love" is also Nam Woo-hyun's first musical return in two years and four months. Nam Woo-hyun showed off his true value as a musical actor with an upgraded charm by generously exuding his acting skills and cool singing skills as the main vocalist of Infinite 'K-pop Legend'.
Nam Woo-hyun, who finished the last performance of the musical 'Bloody Love' amid the enthusiastic response of global fans, said through his agency Villiance, "It's been a long time since I greeted you with a musical, and I was happy to finish the last performance safely with the interest of many people. I will do my best to greet you in a better way in the next work. I would like to express my sincere gratitude once again to everyone who has loved "Bloody Love".
Meanwhile, Nam Woo-hyun has been meeting with fans from all over the world through his 15th anniversary tour 'Limited Edition' since December last year as INFINITE. On March 6, it will release its eighth mini album Like Infinite and announce its splendid return to the music industry as a whole.
