Jay Park Takes Legal Action Against YouTuber Spreading False Drug and Crime Allegations

Singer Park Jae-beom started a war with Cyberrekar, which spread false rumors about him.

In January, Park Jae-beom filed an application with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California to allow Google to approve the disclosure of evidence, a YouTuber's identity.

Park Jae-beom's side claimed that A, the operator of Cyber Trek Car Pring Office, circulated rumors that Park Jae-beom smuggled drugs, dabbled in illegal coins, and was related to the Chinese Triad. Mr. A said "A koala, who is known to be close to singer Jessi, is a member of the Chinese Triad, supplying drugs to the hip-hop sceneInside More Vision, founded by Park Jae-beom, a koala was filmed. He also emphasized the relationship between the two by showing Park Jae-beom alongside the koala.

In another video, Park and Jessi were the main Korean artists in the 'Rolling Round 2023 Thailand OKX Stage'. OKX is a cryptocurrency exchange," Park Jae-beom said, as if it was related to illegal coin trading.

The post and the shorts have millions of views and thousands of comments. In response, Park Jae-beom filed a complaint against A with the Seoul Central District Court in early December 2024. However, since Google's headquarters that runs YouTube is in the United States, it is not possible to identify Mr. A in Korea. As a result, the U.S. court was asked for discovery.

Park Jae-beom requested A's name, date of birth, gender, phone number, address, login IP record, and payment information linked to Google account. San Jose Support allocated the case to Judge Yumi K. Lee and entered the review.

Park Jae-beom launched a large-scale project 'Japak Season' last year. He will meet his fans with his first world tour in six years 'Serenade and Body Rolls'
