MBC said "It is very cautious to mention facts related to the deceased, so MBC has no choice but to be cautious in its response. However, what can be clearly confirmed is that while working as a freelancer, the deceased never informed the department in charge of his or her grievances (human resources counseling office of the management support office, the audit office clean center) or the managers who worked with him.
"If the deceased had officially reported his grievances (bullying at work, etc.) to the company at the time, or had informed the responsible managers of the damage even if not, the company would have conducted a proper investigation," he said, adding that he decided to form a fact-finding committee to find out the truth.
