According to a media outlet on the 21st, Kwanghee received an officetel in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul for about 2.8 billion won.
In February 2022, Kwanghee borrowed 2.2 billion won in bank loans and signed a contract for the sale of Hannam-dong officetels for 2.825.8 billion won.
Brighton Hannam is a high-end residential complex with a total of 142 households, including 8 basement floors and 16 ground floors, 121 officetels with a dedicated area of 51 to 84㎡, and 21 apartments with a dedicated area of 103 to 117㎡. The officetel consists of the 3rd to 13th floors above the ground, and the apartment house consists of the 14th to 16th floors above the ground.
Industry experts say that Brighton Hannam, which was sold by Kwanghee, is also an excellent location in Hannam-dong.
