Lee Ji-ah, pro-Japanese group's father's inheritance dispute over 35 billion land...The criminal record of fraud has also been revealed

Kim, the son of the late Kim Soon-heung, classified as the father of actress Lee Ji-ah and pro-Japanese group, is in an inheritance dispute with his brothers over his father's land.

The Fact reported on the 19th that Lee Ji-ah's father, Kim, is in a legal dispute with his brothers by falsifying power of attorney using his brother's and sister's seal. Separately, Kim was reportedly sentenced to prison on charges of forgery and fraud of private documents.

On the 7th, the Anyang branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office cleared Kim of charges of forgery of private documents and the exercise of counterfeit private documents. The conflict between Kim and his family is said to have resulted from a large-scale land repurchase worth 35 billion won left by the late Kim Soon-heung. The land in Seoksu-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do was originally accepted as a military site, but the military unit moved to Ansan in 2013, and the Ministry of National Defense granted priority redemption rights to the children of Kim Soon-heung, who was the legal heir under Article 20 of the Special Act on the Resolution of Recruitment Property.

In response, Kim Soon-heung's children tried to move land ownership and promote the development project, but the brothers found a contract with a company they didn't even know and a collateral security right worth 16.9 billion won, and the contract was stamped with Kim's seal as the landowner's representative and delegator.

In response, the brothers claimed that they had never delegated Kim to represent the landowner. Accordingly, Kim filed a lawsuit in November 2020 to cancel the registration of the establishment of a collateral security, saying that he/she had no authority to represent the landowner, but in 2021, the defendant filed the lawsuit belatedly, saying that the landowners delegate Kim as the landowner's representative' claimed to have recognized the power of attorney for the first time.

In response, the brothers sued Kim on charges of forgery of private documents, but the police did not send him twice. Since then, the prosecution has conducted a supplementary investigation, but the prosecution has also issued a disposition of 'No charges'. In response, nephew A, who accused Kim, said "It seems that the prosecution felt burdened by the investigation because the statute of limitations on the case was running out"We have filed a ruling with the court and are waiting for the results." expressed his willingness to continue the workshop.

However, Kim expressed his unfairness through this medium, saying, "'It is right that I received the delegation using the seal and certificate received through due process.'

However, the controversy is expected to continue as it has been revealed that Kim has been sentenced to prison three times for forgery of private documents and fraud since 1998.

Meanwhile, Lee Ji-ah's grandfather, Kim Soon-heung, was classified as a pro-Japanese group because he donated a large amount of money to defense-related organizations for Japanese colonial era's Japanese imperialism and was listed as a pro-Japanese anti-national actor in 'Pro-Japanese Biographical Dictionary'.
