While members of the group NewJeans are in dispute with their agency, Ardo, the parent company of Ardo, confronted them, saying it interferes with their own independent activities.

On the 19th, the members of the
NewJeans wrote on the account 'NJZ PR"HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk called U.S. officials directly to urge the members to fail to perform."

After unilaterally claiming that their exclusive contract with their agency Adore ended in November last year, the members of New Jeans are continuing their independent activities, saying their activity names are NZ. In this regard, Adore filed a lawsuit against the members to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract, saying that the exclusive contract with
NewJeans is still valid.

In response to the incident, five music-related organizations, including the Korea Management Association, the Korea Entertainment Producers Association, the Korean Drama Label Industry Association, the Korea Music Industry Association, and the Korea Music Content Association, said on the morning of the 19th that the independent activities of the members of
NewJeans are a crisis for K-pop and appeal for policy support to eradicate tamping.

In particular, he insisted on holding an emergency press conference last year and member Hani's attendance at the National Assembly, saying, `I hope you will stop trying to achieve your profits through public opinion.' In response, the members of the
NewJeans began to draw public attention by announcing unfounded suspicions to the media in order to drive out former CEO Min Hee-jin"Where and what were the associations doing at the time?" he said.

Members' declaration of independent activities despite the fact that their exclusive contract with Adore has not been legally terminated, a pop music organization called `Crisis in the K-pop industry' pointed out that `It is the members and fans who suffered fatal damage due to unilateral and disproportionate public opinion reports,' `The damage caused by Hive is a Hive problem, not a K-pop industry problem.'

In the meantime, "we could not be protected by the unfaithful performance of the contract and internal harassment"Hive has openly discriminated against, attacked, and buried the members. Hive label Adore had neither the ability nor the will to stop it" and emphasized that the members were forced to terminate the exclusive contract because they could no longer endure it.

When a pop music organization pointed out that `an act that can destroy an agency that has been investing heavily over a long period of time and has carried all the risks of an artist's chances of success in an instant,' the association replied `The association's argument sounds like the K-pop industry will not collapse only if exclusive contracts are operated like slave contracts.'

He also pointed out that a pop music organization will hold a press conference at a hotel in Seoul on the 27th. Pop music organizations will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the 27th 'K-pop crisis, is it okay as it is? A press conference will be held at a hotel under the theme of 'If there is no record producer, there will be no K-pop.'" It has also been announced that meals will be served at lunchtime.

In response, the members raised suspicions about the hospitality, saying, "Considering the Kim Young-ran Act, considering that the unit price of the hotel lunch is at least 100,000 won, will many reporters be able to attend?" and added, "I was skeptical about whether it was possible to hold a lunch meeting that showed explicit intentions for the media."

He also mentioned Chairman Bang. Members were informed by ComplexCon officials who were helping to prepare for the performance that Chairman Bang personally called the U.S. officials to urge them to cancel their performance"HYBE thinks of the members only as a means of making money like never before. " He then said to Chairman Bang "If you have a lot to say, please call us instead of somewhere else"

He added that he plans to carry out the scheduled schedule as it is. The members plan to appear at the Global Street Fashion and Culture Festival 'ComplexCon' at the Asia World Expo in Hong Kong from the 21st to 23rd of next month, and perform a new song for the first time on the day.

The members are preparing for the performance with joy and excitement at the thought of showing a new side to fans around the world for the first time, away from the terrible Hive and Adore," he concluded.
