Musical 'Ghost Bakery' is a work about events that occur when Soon-hee, who aims to make the best bakery, continues her uncomfortable partnership with a ghost who was the former owner of a shabby bakery. Park Jin-joo played Soon-hee, who wants to be the best baker, in 'Ghost Bakery' held at the Doosan Art Center Yeonggang Hall for about three months from December last year to the 23rd of this month.
Through his agency Frain TPC, Park Jin-joo expressed his deep affection for the work, saying, `I sincerely thank the many audiences who came to the musical 'Ghost Bakery', and I think I've grown a lot through this work.'
He then "I loved this performance with all my heart, and I will leave this performance and come back to you in a better way in other works. Please wait a little bit until then. I hope you're happy and healthy, and I'll try my best to be by your side forever. I love you," he said to the audience, concluding his speech.
Park Jin-joo captivated the on-site audience by singing confident and lovely Soon-hee to the emotional melody in 'Ghost Bakery' delicately delivering the lyrics with his own cool singing and tone. In particular, when Soon-hee, who has always been brave, loses her precious existence and expresses longing and loss with the number 'Hello, Before You Do It', the eyes of the viewers turn red. Through 'Ghost Bakery', Park Jin-joo immersed the audience by conveying Soon-hee's passion for dreams, as well as her tepid romance with ghosts and Soon-hee's heartbreaking emotional lines.
In this way, Park Jin-joo firmly established himself as the leading role of musical works by showing a succession of 'Maybe's Happy Ending' and 'Ghost Bakery'. After meeting with the audience one after another and receiving favorable reviews, he plans to continue his hard work through 'Leica'.
Meanwhile, the musical 'Leica', starring Park Jin-joo, will be performed at the Doosan Art Center Yeonggang Hall from March 14.
