On the morning of the 10th, OST production company Blending unveiled the OST lineup of Channel A's new Saturday drama 'Witch', which is scheduled to premiere on the 15th, on its official SNS channel.
"Witch" is a dramatization of popular webtoon writer Kang Pul's webtoon of the same name. It depicts a mystery romance in which Dong-jin (Park Jin-young), a man who wants to break the law of bad luck surrounding a woman called a witch, and Mi-jeong (Roh Jeong-eun), a woman who became the seed of tragedy and cut herself off from the world, become each other's salvation after a journey that does not give up.
Artists with distinct musical colors were listed in the first lineup of OSTs released. Da-hye, who appeared on the reality show 「Transcendental Love 3」 and is active in various fields such as YouTube and singer activities, started her career as a romantic vocal group called 'VROMANCE'Park Jang-hyun, who impressed the public by appearing in various music programs such as ', 'The Masked Singer', 'Vocal Play' and 'Tomorrow's National Singer', is expected to join as a singer and fill the play more abundantly.
In addition, Choi In-kyung, who is drawing attention as a next-generation female singer-songwriter by participating in production based on her unique tone and visuals, is also joining, raising questions about how the three artists' appealing vocals will add sensitivity to "Witch."
Along with the release of the singer lineup, Blending Co., Ltd. plans to release a highlight medley of OSTs on its official SNS and YouTube channels at 11 a.m. on the 10th and raise expectations for its first broadcast. Interest in the well-made OST is also increasing as it is considered the anticipated work of the year, inheriting the baton of Kang Pul's original syndrome, such as 'Moving' and 'Light Shop'.
Meanwhile, Channel A's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'Witch' will premiere at 9:10 p.m. on the 15th.
