Jung-ah, a former after-school student, showed off her slim body.

Jung-ah recently released a photo of her exercise on her personal account, along with an article emphasizing 'Sleep Diet'. In the picture, he is concentrating on exercising at the gym. It boasted solid abs and a perfect body line. It exuded the charm of being healthy by wearing fitness wear that reveals the chest line.

He also released a video of him working out in a swimsuit, revealing his secret to maintaining his body even after giving birth. His incredibly solid body and slim silhouette drew attention.




Meanwhile, Jung-ah married basketball player Jung Chang-young in April 2018 and has two children.
