TWICE’s Dahyun Embarks on Acting Career with Film & Drama Roles

Before debuting as TWICE, Dahyun appeared in the music video of GOT7 'Don't Do It' and left a strong impression on K-pop fans around the world with her clear and clean mask and a maritime smile. Since its official debut in 2015, it has been loved by TWICE's own contents and various broadcast programs for its rich expressiveness and overflowing talent. In particular, he showed his potential as an actor by showing more mature and delicate emotional performances in the music video of DAY6 (Day6) Young K (Young K) solo song 'This Is All That's All' released in September 2023.
In 2025, which marks the 10th anniversary of TWICE, Dahyun made her screen debut with the movie `The Girl We Loved Back then' (Director Cho Young-myung) and started a new career. He plays the role of a model student 'Sunah', who is perfect for everything from innocent appearance to always top grades, awakening the first love sensibility with his warm and lovely charm. The movie, which will be released on Feb. 21, is a remake of a popular movie of the same name, about Jin-woo (Jin-young)'s 18-year-old first love who spent countless days confessing to Sun-ah (Dahyun).
Dahyun is expected to act as the next movie is scheduled in succession following the movie `The Girl We Loved at That Time.' In the sports drama-genre film 'Full Run' (director Lee Seung-hoon), which tells the story of people running tirelessly with impossible dreams in their hearts, he was cast as the main character 'Ji-eun' who has a bold ambition for the path he wants to take, and worked with Ha Seok-jin, who plays the sprinter 'Guyoung' who burns the last flame at the end of his heyday.
Recently, he has also decided to appear in a new drama "Love Me" (played by Park Eun-young and Park Hee-kwon, directed by Cho Young-min). Seo Hyun-jin, Yoo Jae-myung, Lee Si-woo, Yoon Se-ah, and Jang Ryul have been listed in the stellar lineup, and they will work with seniors to create different synergy. DAHYUN, who also challenged the drama for the first time, plays 'Jihyeon', who only realizes that an old friendship has turned into a new love that she doesn't even know in the play.
Dahyun, who takes her first step as an actor, is expected to bring fresh energy to various works and continue her steady acting activities.
