Earlier on the same day, Namwon Police Station in Jeollabuk-do said it received a report that a person had fallen from an apartment flower bed in Namwon around 9:10 p.m. on the 11th. When the police arrived at the scene, Kim Ri-eul was already dead, and it is believed that he made an extreme choice after visiting Namwon, where his parents lived.
